Villa accommodation

Villa size
Villa Agapi Holiday House is spacious (80 square meters) and has newly-furnished rooms. It has been very carefully decorated and furnished in an elegant and tasteful way.

Equipment
The villa is fully equipped and includes a kitchen - dining area (with a fireplace), a living room area (with an attic, a stove and a sofa), a bathroom and a bedroom (double bed).  Bed, sofas, mattresses and linen are made of hypoallergenic natural materials

Outdoor facilities
Two separate yards with furniture (tables and chairs):

• Inner yard with deck and trellis,
• Terrace sheltered from sun and with view.

Garden planted with aromatic and medicinal plants that visitors can use.
The beautiful terrace has stunning views of the Messara valley and the surrounding mountains.
The furnished beautiful inner yard has a wooden deck and a trellis. Under the shade of the trellis and amidst an abundance of flowers and a multitude of colors and scents, the visitors can enjoy their breakfast, tsikoudia, coffee and many beverages using if wish so the medicinal and aromatic plants of the garden.

Internet and electric equipment
There is free web network (Wi-Fi), a TV, a washing machine etc. – generally all the electric appliances you may need for a comfortable stay. 
Therefore, you can prepare in the kitchen and enjoy your own home cooked meals using locally available food products.

Villa Agapi Holiday House can accommodate up to 5 persons (maximum 3 adults).

We focus on modern ecological standards in running Agapi holiday house. This is reflected from the details in the rooms, the solar water heating, the firewood heating, right down to our choices of cleaning products.

• A guided tour on farming activities of the area and local food systems can be arranged. Participation in farming activities.
• A guided tour in nature to observe the flora and fauna of the area can be arranged.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Pets
No pets are allowed.
Guide dogs are of course welcome.

Arrival / Departure
Check in takes place between 15:00 – 22:00.
Check out between 08:00-12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out is available on request.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, there will be no refund of the deposit charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
