A deposit of 25 % of the total amount due will be paid when booking.
Payment is completed upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, there will be no refund of the deposit charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs is 1.
Children under 2 years old are free of charge.

LOCATION INFORMATION - SIVAS VILLAGE
Villa Agapi Holiday House is located in a quiet neighborhood in Sivas. The village of Sivas in located in the Southernmost point of Crete and Europe. It is a beautiful small village, populated all around the year by locals, carrying the prestigious designation of a traditional Cretan village by the Greek state. Here you will see many examples of traditional architecture of the 19th century and early 20th century.
The Sivas village main square is a popular meeting place for local people; with restaurants, traditional cafés and places to shop.
Visitors will have the opportunity to mingle with locals and taste the traditional cuisine.
You may shop at the market local food products (cheese, wine, olives, olive oil, honey, fruits, vegetables etc.) and of course everything related to your personal daily needs.

Travelling to Agapi Holiday House
The fastest way to get to Agapi Holiday House is through Heraklion city. Agapi Holiday House can be reached by car, taxi or bus.
By car
From airport
From the Heraklion international airport follow the signs to Rethymno and the national highway 90. Drive south for 700 m.
From port
From the Heraklion port exit turn on the right to Leoforos Nearchou and drive eastwards for 1 km. Turn o the right on the second traffic light to Leoforos Steliou Kazantizidi and drive south for 1.3 km.
Road trip
Follow the signs to Rethymno and the national highway 90.
Take the exit (towards "Timpaki" and "Moires") following the national road 97 (you are traveling south). After 47.2 km, you will reach "Moires". Turn left, following the country road (Gortina – Matala) direction to "Pompia" and "Matala" (you are traveling south). In about 2.9 km, you will reach a crossroad. Turn right and drive for about 3.2 km towards "Petrokefali" and "Matala" (you are traveling west). You will pass through "Petrokefali" village and after 1.6 km you will reach "Sivas" village crossroad. Turn left towards "Sivas" and drive for 900 m (you are traveling south). Before entering the village on your left hand sight you see a small church. From there you may see on your right hand side above the hill the terrace of Agapi Holiday House. You continue driving for 170 m until entering the village and you will reach a crossroad. Turn on your right hand side. You continue driving for 100 m (the road becomes more narrow). On your right hand side there is a small dead end road. At the end (25 m) of the road is the entrance of Agapi Holiday House.
There are plenty of car rental agencies in Crete that you may hire a car.
By Taxi
At every port or airport, there are taxis that can take you directly to Sivas and Agapi Holiday House. At Sivas there are two taxi drivers that can transfer you anytime to Agapi Holiday House or from Agapi to everyplace you wish. The ride from Heraklion to Agapi Holiday House is approximately 1 hr and the indicative cost is € 70.
By Bus
Take a bus or taxi to the bus station of Heraklion (Public Bus Service) - KTEL. There is not a good connection to Sivas but there is regular service to Matala that stops at the Sivas crossroad (850 m to Agapi Holiday House).

The island of Crete is a popular tourist destination therefore transport connections to the island are excellent. One can reach the island of Crete in the following ways:
By air
Crete has two main airports, one in the city of Heraklion and one in the city of Chania (64 and 137 km from Agapi Holiday House respectively).
The nearest (64 km) to Agapi Holiday House is the Heraklion international airport, airport - code: HER.
Charter flights
Charter Flights are a popular way to reach the island of Crete from most European countries. Especially during the peak period (April-October) there are numerous direct flights from many regions in Europe to Heraklion.
Scheduled flights transiting through Athens
Travelers can reach the island of Crete through Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" with many connecting flights to Heraklion.
By sea
Crete has two main ports, one in the city of Heraklion and one in the city of Chania, Souda port (63 and 120 km from Agapi Holiday House respectively).
The nearest (63 km) to Agapi Holiday House port is the Heraklion port.
There is a daily ferry connection between the ports of Heraklion and Piraeus (Athens).
